NOTICE
On or about April 1, 2023, except as specifically exempted by the Court, electronic filing is mandatory in all new and pending Orphans’ Court case types. Effective February 15, 2023, except as specifically exempted by the Court, electronic filing will be mandatory in all new and pending Register of Wills case types. Effective January 1, 2020, except as specifically exempted by the Court, electronic filing will be mandatory in all new and pending Family Court case types. Effective March 19, 2018, except as specifically exempted by the Court, electronic filing is mandatory in all new and pending Civil case types. This does not include Protection from Abuse cases. Please review the OFS Guidelines for each case category under the Self Help section on the home page of the File and Serve site.
All users are required to register and set up an account in order to e-file. Please visit the Lehigh County File and Serve site at https://efilepa.tylertech.cloud/OfsEfsp for instructions on how to register for e-filing.
Please note: A File & Serve account is required to e-file. Attorney Docket Access accounts are valid for accessing the dockets and are separate from File & Serve.
