Lehigh County Parks Rules and Regulations
Camping Policy - Public camping is not permitted in Lehigh County Parks. The campsite at Trexler Nature Preserve is restricted to scouting groups only.
Domestic animals - Dogs are required to be on leash and under control of their handlers. Dog handlers are responsible to remove and properly dispose of animal droppings. Horseback riders are required to remove and properly dispose of horse droppings on trails and all other areas of the preserve.
Field Permit and Usage Policy - Field and Pavilion Rental Policies Hunting - Hunting is prohibited at the following parks.

Cedar Creek Parkway West
D&L Trail
Lock Ridge Furnace Park
Rodale Cycling and Fitness Park
Saylor Park
Troxell-Steckel Park
Hunting is permitted at the following parks under the conditions below. All hunting is pursuant to PA Game Commission rules and regulations
Trexler Nature Preserve - Archery hunting only in posted areas.
Leaser Lake - Designated areas only
Walking Purchase / Lehigh Mountain - Hunting is pursuant to Salisbury Township ordinances. Contact Salisbury Township for information.
Big Rock .
Jordan Creek Parkway- PERMITS REQUIRED. Limited archery hunting only is permitted in posted areas south of Lehnert Road. Permits are limited to 25 per year. Lehigh County residents only. Contact the Parks office for permit information.
