Network of Care

Network of Care logoLehigh County has launched a comprehensive, Internet-based community resource for individuals, families, and agencies concerned with mental and emotional wellness. The Network of Care is an online information place that provides a community resource directory, communication and advocacy tools.

The new Web site enables people to find the right service at the right time; educate themselves about their issues; understand current policy initiatives, advocate directly to elected officials, and better manage their affairs, interactions and important records.

The Network of Care project was developed by Trilogy Integrated Resources with an innovation grant from the State of California. The Network of Care is being provided to all counties in Pennsylvania by the Pennsylvania Office of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (OMSAS).Each County has the ability to customize their Network of Care site with local resource information and announcements.
