12 Paid Holidays as follows:

2 per year

Reward Days:
Maximum four days off if employee uses two (2) or less sick days or no-pay days per year.

1-4 years – 10 days
5-9 years – 15 days
10+ years – 20 days
25+ years – 25 days

Eligible to take after six (6) months of employment.

Funeral Days:

 Up to four (4) days for:

  • Spouse
  • Parent
  • Stepparent
  • Parent-in-law
  • Child
  • Stepchild
  • Any relative listed living in the employee's household.

Up to three (3) days for extended family members:

  • Son–in-law or Daughter–in–law
  • Grandparent

One (1) day for:
 
  • Employee's Aunt/Uncle
  • Employee's Niece/Nephew
  • Employee's Cousin
  • Brother-in-law / Sister-in-law

Educational Assistance Program:
Pays for courses and books up to a total of $1000.00 per calendar year. Pertinent to job.

Jury Duty:
Employees are paid regular rate of pay in addition to any payments received as jurors.

Military Time:
Fifteen (15) days in one (1) year, paid at regular rate of pay.

FMLA:
Eligible after twelve (12) months of employment and 1,250 hours. Provides family with twelve (12) weeks of medical leave.

Leave Donation:
Eligible after two (2) years of FT or RPT employment. Employee must request leave and provide medical certification from their doctor. Paid leave must be depleted prior to receiving any donated leave.
