PA GIS Conference Awards
The Lehigh County Election Results Web Application has a feature in which end users can see which districts have returned their results on a map on a given election night.
What is unique about this map is that it will refresh itself with live streaming updates as the returns are processed without the end user needing to click any refresh buttons.
Since the updates only happen on election night, the video below was created so that this technology could be demonstrated in action.
