The Lehigh County General Purpose Authority (LCGPA) provides a tax exempt financing option for certified non-profit organizations.

LCGPA can offer a 501(C)(3) organization a program to help save up to 1-1/2 to 2 points on interest payments for a major capital project.  ($2,000,000 minimum or more for optimal savings.  Projects below this threshold will be considered on a case-by-case basis.)
