2025 CDBG, AHTF, HOME GRANT APPLICATIONS & CHDO CERTIFICATION

The County of Lehigh is accepting applications for the following grant programs:

Community Development Block Grant program (Title I of the Housing and Community Development Act of 197, as amended).

The HOME Investment Partnerships Program (Title II of the National Affordable Housing Act of 1990, as amended).

Affordable Housing Trust Fund (AHTF).
