Warden Kyle Russell Deputy Warden for Security Deputy Warden for Treatment Robert McFadden Steven Miller Opened in 1992, the Jail is a state-of-the-art, 250,000 square foot, direct supervision high rise facility with a capacity of 1,352 inmates. Corrections Officers work inside the housing units where they have direct contact and interactions with inmates. The maximum-security facility houses inmates who are pre-trial detainees as well as those serving local terms of sentence.

Inmate Visiting Information General population inmates may receive visitors every three days on a rotating basis according to their housing unit assignment. The yearly visitation calendars are posted in the section link to the left.
Inmates in administrative segregation receive one visit per week for a period of 30 minutes. Inmates in disciplinary segregation receive one 30-minute visit approximately every 30 days contingent on their behavior.
Visiting is done via telephone while viewing through glass. There is no physical contact.

Visitation Rules
Attorney Visits
While attorneys may visit their clients at any reasonable time, preferred hours are 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekdays.
Corrections personnel will accommodate visits at other times; however, attorneys should be aware that, depending on operational conditions in the facility, they might experience delays.
Attorneys are also required to present appropriate photo-identification as well as a Bar Association card to gain entry.
Law Enforcement Visits
Law enforcement personnel may visit inmates at any reasonable time. Preferred hours are 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekdays. Law enforcement officials are required to secure all weapons and ammunition and present official identification prior to entering the facility.
