Lehigh County Weekly Webcast: Parade of Shamrocks
Downtown Bethlehem will be awash in green as Celtic Cultural Alliance hosts the 13th Annual Celtic Classic Parade of Shamrocks on Saturday, March 16, 2024. The parade steps off at 1 p.m., so arrive early for the best viewing spots! The parade will kick-off at 5th Avenue & W. Broad Streets. The parade route will continue east on Broad to Main Street and makes its way south on Main Street, ending under the Hill-To-Hill Bridge.
Hear your favorite local high school and middle school bands, community groups, pipe bands, Irish dancers, dancing groups, a kazoo band, local dignitaries, and businesses participate in the parade.
After the parade, many stores and businesses have special activities planned throughout the day along Main Street & Broad Streets. Pubs and restaurants will have Irish themed menus and drink specials.

Lehigh Valley Breathes
A project led by Lehigh and Northampton Counties to obtain and communicate localized information about particulate air pollution in the Lehigh Valley. The primary purpose is to provide policy makers and citizens with information needed to help improve the air we all breathe. The project is designed to enable and engage citizens in learning about air quality and participating in decisions that affect air quality.

Lehigh County is a federal entitlement under the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnership (HOME) Program administered by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). In order to obtain these grant funds, every five years the county must prepare a Five-Year Consolidated Plan which outlines the needs and priorities of the residents of Lehigh County. Please help us to identify those needs and priorities by completing the following confidential survey. The county would appreciate your response by Friday, April 26, 2024.
This survey will help the county prepare its Five-Year Consolidated Plan and Annual Action Plan for CDBG and HOME funding.
